name change

As you may have noticed if you've visited here before I've changed the name of the blog. I realized it's hard not to write about Jesus since my life is entwined with His. So I wanted a place which better reflected this. "The Adaptable Vegan" will still be there in the "blogger" tab for another week or so and then I'll make the final change.

As I find the time, I'll write a post about why I chose this new name.
